Production & Fulfillment
How are Kingdom Worn products made?
Kingdom Worn uses a print-on-demand production model.
Many of our products are produced after an order is placed rather than being manufactured in large quantities and stored as finished inventory.
We work with Printify and its network of print providers to produce and fulfill our products.

Where are Kingdom Worn products made?
Because we work with Printify's network of print providers, production locations can vary depending on the product and order.
Products may be produced in the United States or another location depending on the specific item and fulfillment provider.
For that reason, we don't claim that every Kingdom Worn product is made in the same location.
Are your products organic, fair trade, or sustainably produced?
We don't make blanket claims that all Kingdom Worn products are organic, fair trade, or sustainably produced.
Product materials, certifications, and production information can vary by item.
When verified information is available for a specific product, we will provide it on that product's listing.
We believe honest and accurate information is more important than making a product sound better than we can verify.
Why does Kingdom Worn use print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without maintaining large quantities of finished inventory.
It also allows products to be produced as orders are placed.
This model helps us continue developing new faith-inspired designs while building Kingdom Worn as an independent brand.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order be produced?
Because many Kingdom Worn products are made to order, production begins after your order is placed.
This means there may be a production period before your order enters the shipping process.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times can vary depending on the product, production time, shipping method, and destination.

Because many products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided with your shipping notification.
You can then use the tracking information to follow your package once it enters the shipping process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We'll do our best to help whenever possible.
Will my entire order arrive together?
Not necessarily.
Because products can be fulfilled through different print providers, items from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped separately.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Kingdom Worn offers a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With its original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Can I exchange an item?
We currently recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the item you want instead.
Once your original return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to the applicable return conditions.
