What is your return policy?
Kingdom Worn offers a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition you received it
- With its original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@kingdom-worn.com to request a return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions for where and how to send your package.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at:

Can I exchange an item?
We currently recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you want.
Once your original return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes.
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What is your European Union return policy?
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to the applicable return conditions.
The item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition received, with tags and original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
